Based on the farm to fork concept, Sway brings Southern fare inspired by the rich heritage of the region to Fourth Street. The seasonal menu combines the flavors of Southern kitchens, American favorites and Sunday dinners with the freshest ingredients from local farms, dairies and butchers.
Guests will notice Sway is something new from the moment they’re greeted. The main entrance of the new space boasts an inviting “front porch” from the main lobby of the hotel into the restaurant. A second entrance to the vibrant bar has also been created along Louisville’s trendy Fourth Street, with glass walls that slide open allowing patrons to enjoy the excitement of downtown. The decor produces an inviting, down-home feel, with stacked wood accents and earth tones. The main dining room is inspired by the characteristics of quintessential Kentucky, highlighting the heritage that makes it what it is.
